Launched in partnership with COGIC International and rooted in the spiritual leadership of Live Church, Faith Alive reflects a deep commitment to equipping today’s churches for tomorrow’s spiritual needs. The program was developed in response to a calling to center children in worship, honor their spiritual voices, and train the leaders who serve them.

Faith Alive is more than a program — it’s a movement of congregations reclaiming the sacred responsibility to disciple children in ways that honor their gifts, stories, and capacity to worship. Our Process

Our work begins with listening. Through site assessments, worship audits, and congregational feedback, we tailor support to each church’s needs. From there, churches engage in monthly coaching, masterclasses, and resource downloads. Each cohort receives:

Tailored Support

No two churches are alike. That’s why every cohort receives a custom support plan — complete with masterclasses, coaching, and curated resources to match their vision and pace of growth.

Cohort Based Learning

Leaders journey together in community. Through monthly roundtables and online forums, participants share best practices, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate wins with fellow cohort members.

Train - the - Trainer Model

We multiply impact by equipping leaders to train others. Participants are prepared to lead workshops, mentor volunteers, and extend the Faith Alive approach long after the cohort ends.

Measurable Impact

We track transformation. Using feedback loops, coaching calls, and milestone check-ins, we evaluate both spiritual and operational outcomes to ensure lasting growth in children’s worship and discipleship.
